David Guetta has done it again. The French superstar DJ and producer’s biggest London headline show to date — a date at The O2 on Saturday, 5 June 2027 — has sold out within hours of going on general sale, leaving fans scrambling for the promoter’s waitlist.
Tickets went on sale at 10am on Friday, 2 October through AXS, The O2’s official ticketing partner, just four days after the show was announced on Monday, 28 September. Demand was instant: promoter Labyrinth has since listed the June date as sold out, with only a waitlist option remaining for hopeful fans.
The night forms part of Guetta’s Monolith Tour — a full-scale production that sets more than two decades of his dancefloor anthems against an immersive visual spectacle crafted with High Scream, the creative studio behind the closing ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympics. It is also one of the centrepieces of The O2’s 20th birthday celebrations, two decades after the Greenwich arena first opened its doors in 2007.
Guetta himself is clearly relishing the prospect. Speaking about the London date, he said he was “super excited” to bring Monolith to The O2, describing the capital as a city that has “always been a very special” place for him.
That bond with London stretches back years. Long before the Monolith spectacle, the Grammy Award-winner was playing to British crowds at events such as Orange RockCorps in London in 2009 — the capital has been on his touring map since the days when When Love Takes Over and Memories were dominating the airwaves. The hits have kept coming ever since: Titanium, Sexy Bitch, Without You, Turn Me On and She Wolf (Falling to Pieces) form a back catalogue most artists could only dream of, while his collaboration with Bebe Rexha, I’m Good (Blue), gave him a seventh UK number one. The final setlist for the O2 night remains under wraps, but a career-spanning show looks certain.
The Guetta date is the latest major addition to a packed calendar at the Greenwich venue, which already has its winter gig season lined up with the likes of Mariah Carey, Muse and Kasabian topping the bill, and Rod Stewart bringing his “definitely” final tour to the arena.
The Monolith show has already been road-tested across Europe, with dates in Germany, Belgium, Portugal and France under its belt. This year alone, Guetta has played three nights at Paris’ Stade de France, appeared at Coachella and kept up his Ibiza residencies — a schedule that underlines why the London date was always going to be one of 2027’s hottest tickets.
For those who missed out, the official advice is simple: join the waitlist on the promoter’s website and keep a close eye on official ticketing channels in case of any further releases. The O2 also urges fans to use AXS Official Resale, warning that tickets bought through other resale websites may not be valid and could see holders turned away at the door.
The concert is scheduled to run from 6.30pm to 11pm, though attendees are advised to double-check their tickets and the venue’s information nearer the date. Standing tickets are restricted to over-16s, while under-15s in the seated areas must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The O2 sits at Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX, with North Greenwich on the Jubilee line the closest station — a short walk from the arena, with easy links from London Bridge, Waterloo and Westminster. Concert-goers should check TfL services closer to the night for any engineering works.
Guetta joins a glittering line-up already announced for The O2’s 20th anniversary year, alongside Maisie Peters on 8 May, Shreya Ghoshal on 4 June, SOMBR across several June dates, Billie Jean King and John McEnroe on 27 June, Don Omar on 5 July and Jorja Smith on 17 July — with more shows still to be announced.
And for those already eyeing next summer’s gig calendar, Slipknot have announced their only UK and Europe show of 2027 at Wembley Stadium. No extra Guetta dates have been announced for now — so if you managed to grab a ticket this morning, June 2027 cannot come soon enough.
